Airport Transfers

Arrivals and departures at Adelaide Airport, with pickups timed to your flight. We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time if it lands early or late. For meet-and-greet bookings, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at the arrivals point confirmed with your booking, with a name board and assistance with your luggage from the terminal to the vehicle. Complimentary waiting time applies from your tracked landing time before any additional waiting charges, as set out in our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Discreet, punctual corporate chauffeur transfers cover roadshows, client collections, airport pickups for visiting executives and day-to-day business travel across Adelaide and between Adelaide and regional South Australia, subject to availability. Corporate account arrangements are available for approved business clients, and can include nominated bookers, consolidated monthly invoicing and reporting tailored to your business, depending on your account requirements. Wedding Transfers

Chauffeur-driven wedding transfers across Adelaide, with route and timing planned well in advance, so there is no rush on the morning itself. Your chauffeur knows the route and schedule for the bridal party, groomsmen and family before the day arrives, coordinated around your ceremony and reception timing. A fixed, written chauffeur fare for direct door-to-door transfers between two addresses in Adelaide, with no meter running and no surge pricing at busy times. Your fare is confirmed in writing before travel and stays fixed for the confirmed booking, unless you request a change, additional waiting, extra stops or other services along the way. Well suited to business meetings, medical appointments, dinner reservations and any journey where reliable, upfront pricing matters more than a fixed timetable.

Cruise Ship Transfers

Chauffeur transfers to and from the Port Adelaide Passenger Terminal at Outer Harbor cover both embarkation and disembarkation days for Adelaide cruise passengers. Pickup timing is planned around your ship's arrival, boarding or departure schedule rather than a fixed timetable, so you are not left waiting at the terminal. Your chauffeur assists with luggage between your door and the cruise terminal drop-off point, and can monitor published berth and departure information where available. Vehicles are matched to your group size and luggage, subject to availability.

Outside Adelaide and our featured wine regions, our regional service is for journeys that start or finish in Adelaide rather than local transport within regional towns. Chauffeur-driven interstate transfers from Adelaide to destinations such as Melbourne, Mildura and the Grampians, for travellers who prefer door-to-door comfort over flying or driving the long distance themselves. LORQEN is based in Adelaide. We cover Adelaide and the metropolitan area, Adelaide Airport, Outer Harbor and our featured wine regions: Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley. We also provide pre-booked regional transfers to and from Adelaide, and interstate journeys from Adelaide. Outside Adelaide and the wine regions, we do not provide local trips within or between regional towns.

Your fare is confirmed in writing before you travel. There is no meter or surge pricing. The agreed fare remains fixed for the confirmed booking unless you request a change, additional waiting, extra stops or other additional services.

Where valid flight details are provided, your flight is monitored against live data and pickup arrangements are coordinated accordingly. For an unusually long delay or material change, LORQEN may contact you to confirm the arrangement.

No. Gratuities are never expected and never added. If you would like to recognise your chauffeur, that is entirely your call.

For meet-and-greet bookings, inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, with a name card. Your written confirmation will state the exact pickup arrangement for your booking.
