Tours, Destinations, and External Venues
Where our services include wine and vineyard tours, event transfers, or transport to third-party venues, destinations, or attractions, any information provided about those destinations, venues, wineries, or events (including opening hours, availability, entry requirements, or amenities) is provided for general guidance only. We do not operate or control any third-party venue, winery, or attraction, and we recommend confirming relevant details directly with the venue before your visit.
This exclusion relates only to independent third-party venues and their own conduct, safety practices, and service standards, and does not affect our responsibility for the transport service we provide to and from those venues.
Passengers Under 18
Our services may include children and young people only when they travel in the vehicle with a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.
We do not offer or accept school-formal transport bookings, and we do not accept bookings for any passenger under 18 to travel without a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult in the vehicle.
Any booking involving a passenger under 18 must be made by an adult, who must provide accurate information relevant to the journey, including any child-restraint, accessibility, or other safety requirements.

Limitation of Liability
