A delayed flight, a driver who has not checked the arrival time, a long wait, or a vehicle that does not match what was promised can undo the entire experience. None of those things are complicated to prevent. They simply require attention before the journey begins.
That is why LORQEN is built around preparation. Where flight details are provided, airport arrivals are monitored rather than assumed. Vehicles are matched to the journey rather than assigned for convenience. Our core vehicles are supported by carefully selected chauffeur and transport partners when additional capacity is required. Every booking is reviewed before it is confirmed, and the chauffeur receives the relevant details before the journey begins.
The principle is simple: take on the journey only when it can be delivered properly, prepare before the passenger steps into the vehicle, and treat consistency as part of the service rather than an extra. That is the standard LORQEN is built around.

We quote in writing, and honour it
Your fare is confirmed in writing before travel. The agreed fare remains fixed for the confirmed booking unless you request a change, additional waiting, extra stops or other additional services.
We prepare before the journey begins
Every booking is reviewed before confirmation. We check the journey details, timing, passenger and luggage requirements, and suitable chauffeur and vehicle availability before the service begins. Where valid flight details are provided, airport arrivals are monitored as part of that preparation.
Support for confirmed journeys
For confirmed journeys, contact support is available in connection with your booking should plans change while you are travelling.
We remember
Where appropriate, we record relevant preferences from your first journey with us, so future bookings can be handled more consistently.
We brief before we drive
Your chauffeur receives the relevant booking details before the journey, including passenger, pickup and destination information and, where relevant, flight details.
We say no when we should
If we cannot confidently meet the booking requirements, we will tell you rather than accept the booking and hope.

Where We Operate
One point of coordination, the whole journey.
Based in Adelaide, we cover the metropolitan area and all four wine regions. Regional transfers run between Adelaide and towns across South Australia, from the Fleurieu Peninsula to the Limestone Coast, and every regional trip starts or finishes in Adelaide. Our regional service does not include local transport within regional towns. Interstate journeys start in Adelaide and are arranged with a suitable chauffeur and vehicle, subject to availability. Where arranged, the same chauffeur and vehicle remain with you for the journey.
